The weekend flew by and here we are again.

I cant believe its been a few days since I posted!
Today Iam drawing a blank as to what to post I have to many things to do and its like I just want to do this and get it out of the way.  I was off on another adventure over the weekend sharing lots of old photos to my facebook family and friends they seemed to enjoy them.  I will have to do that again with some more oldie but goodie type photos their always fun to look at. And I have 6 containers of photos some in frames and some in envelopes brought back from the local photo developing place of years ago we took a lot of photos over the years. And Bill made tons of them. I have been doing a lot of my usual drawing in PSP one of my favorite things to do Here is one I made today Aletha drew the out line of the Bear and wagon this week its her turn.  I colored and made a creation out of it.

Bill is out visiting his friends and Barns his favorite thing to do and its good for him to do that. They talk about everything a little social club, sometimes I go but I have to many other things to get done today.
I want to find a good recipe for Chocolate Mint Brownies I had them at Church yesterday and they were fantastic so Iam looking for a good one here is one I did find but have to make to do the taste test.

Chocolate Mint Brownies

Original Recipe Yield 2 dozen

Ingredients

1 cup white sugar

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 (16 ounce) can chocolate syrup

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

1/2 cup butter, melted

3 tablespoons creme de menthe liqueur

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

6 tablespoons butter

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together 1 cup of white sugar and 1/2 cup of butter until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla and chocolate syrup. Combine the salt and flour; mix into the batter just until blended. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.

Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, until the brownies begin to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool.

In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 cup melted butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Stir in creme de menthe liqueur. Spread over the cooled brownies and allow to cool completely.

Combine the chocolate chips and remaining butter in a microwave safe dish. Heat for 1 minute in the microwave, stir, then continue to heat at 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Spread over the top of the brownies. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 2 inch squares
If you make these I hope you enjoy them.
