Another cold morning 7, thats cold!
I just wanted to send out this special greeting!
I made cookies yesterday they turned out wonderful here is a picture of them.
Coconut Chocolate Chip Sugar Cookies
1 Package Betty Crocker Sugar Cookie Mix
1 Egg
! Stick softened butter
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Sweetened Coconut
1/2 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Combine all ingredients well
Drop by spoons full, I use a mellon ball scoop on to greased cookie sheet
sprinkle red sugar's on top
Bake 375 10 to 12 minutes
I used a toaster bake oven on fan bake for mine.
let set before removing to wire rack
