Good Morning
Another beautiful day looks like rain.
Were expecting a high in the 90s  and humid

Isn't that a gorgous picture above, I just had to share it.

I'm Back today with one of the recipes I promised in yesterdays Blog!

Jamie's Avocado Dip is a special one from my Niece who lives in a state where Avocados are plentiful and so delicious.

Jamie's
Avocado Dip

6 to 10 avocados
1 yellow onion shredded
5 garlic cloves crushed
2 ripe tomatoes diced
1 bundle of cilantro
garlic salt
1 lime
1 orange

Mix together the first 5 ingredients leaving it chunky
Taste
add garlic salt to desired taste
Add 2 squeezes of lime juice and 1 squeeze of orange juice.

Enjoy

While I"m sharing recipes
Here is one I made last night and it was delicious as well.
Especially on a hot summer night or really any time.

4 to 5 Idaho potatoes cut into wedges
Fresh Rosemary desired amount  chopped
1 crushed garlic
1/2 stick of butter
Olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

I used an iron skillet
melt butter and oil together
coat potato wedges that have been pealed and washed
add rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper
mix well place into preheated oven
400 degrees for 30 minutes
 turning often
Check for done ness serve.
We served this dish with

Bill famous Charcoal Grilled New York Strip Steak
Bill coated his steak with a mixture of powdered sugar and salt befor grilling.
That gives the steak a carmalized covering so delicious.

And a Green Salad
Lettuce, Tomatoes and fresh chives from the garden

Enjoy

Hugs From Me
