cups whole wheat flour

cup oil or unsweetened applesauce

cup honey
1/2
cup molasses

cups milk

large can PURE pumpkin

large bananas mashed
Preheat
325 Grease 2 cookie sheets
dump
everything in a large bowl and mix together. Pat down on greased sheets. Bake
for 1 hour then crack oven door open leave in until cool. Cut into squares with
pizza cutter. Freezes well.
