Bills Chili & Steves Stuffed Peppers plus other things..

Sharing a recipe for Bills Chili. &  Steve's Stuffed Peppers
I thought Bills recipe was in my Blog already but I cant find it so here it is.
 Steve and Liz made stuffed peppers yesterday another great dish worth making. 

Would you believe I also seen a flock of robins  this is so unusual I have never seen Robins in February before so I did manage to take a picture of a few.






Steve's
Ground Turkey, Black Bean, Corn, Stuffed Peppers.


4 large peppers
1 can corn drained
1 can black beans drained
1/2 chopped onion
2 cups fully cooked rice
1 lb pound ground turkey
2 cups of Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 Pkg taco seasoning
Saute all ingredients together until fully cooked.
add taco seasoning combine well let simmer slightly
to blend well. 
Cut off top remove insides of peppers
 add sauteed ingredients place on foil lined cookie sheet.
 bake in 350 degrees oven 45 minuted.

Bills Famous Chili

3 lbs ground chuck
1 lb Bob Evans Hot Pork Sausage
1 lb Bob Evans Mild Pork Sausage
4 cups chopped onion
4 4oz cans chopped mild chili's
6 Talb Chili Powder
2 Talb cumin
2 Talb paprika
2 Talb garlic powder
2 14oz cans diced tomatoes
1 29 oz can tomato sauce
2 cans dark red kidney beans drained (optional)
2 Talb ground pepper
1 Talb salt
1 pkg McCormicks Mild Chili seasoning

Brown and drain meat, place all ingredients in crock pot on high for 4 to 6 hours, or when not using crock pot add to large pot and simmer stirring ofter for at least 2 hours adding beans the last 1/2 hour.
