We are busy today getting ready for our family celebration with lots of good food.
Sweet Potato Casserole
6 sweet potatoes baked
1 stick of butter, less if desired
1 cup brown sugar
scoop out baked sweet potatoes into a casserole dish
mash with lots of butter until butter is incorparated and potatoes are smooth
Add brown sugar mix well bake 350 1/2 hour
If desired add marshmellow cream on top broil until bubbley YUMMM Enjoy
